Hourly rate of €115 (ex VAT) for one-on-one sessions and consultations.
Rates vary for groups and workshops, depending on group size and specific requirements.

A standard one-on-one package comprising online intake, 2x 2-hour in-person sessions, at-home exercise programme, online support and wrap-up session costs €747.50 (ex. VAT)

Session types
1-on-1 [1-2 hours]
The best way to tackle specific health issues. Besides in-session exercises, tailored breath coaching includes sensitive attention for the client’s needs, and offering useful background information, diagnostics and home exercises.
Groups: teams and peers [2-3 hours]
On-site or off-site. Practical, energising and engaging breath workshops for groups that want to get the best out of themselves – personally and together.
Workshops [4 hours, including break]
Engaging and no-pressure way of exploring the potential of healthy breathing in a relaxed environment – mixing interactive and individual activities, exercises and know-how.
Online [1-2 hours]
Practice-based and/or informative sessions for individuals, pairs and groups.
