Tailored breath coaching

As well as helping to calm the mind, breath coaching can help with a wide range of health-related issues, including sleep problems, mood swings, exercise-induced asthma, high blood pressure, core instability, stress and even post-surgery discomfort.
Getting to know how to breathe well is an empowering and joyful experience. It’s a life skill that keeps on giving.
WHAT I CHARGE
For private clients, my hourly rate is €115 (inc. VAT) for one-on-one sessions and consultations.
Rates vary for pairs, groups and workshops, depending on group size and specific requirements.

What kind of breathwork will suit you?
You may be familiar with the word ‘breathwork’ but what does it actually mean?
One important distinction is between diaphragmatic breathwork for good everyday health, and connected (or transformational) breathwork for emotional connection and release.
They’re both useful and powerful – in fact they can be life-changing – but they’re not the same thing, and they’re not right for everybody all the time.
I teach both techniques, and combine them when appropriate.
Private sessions for individuals, pairs and groups
One-on-One [1.5 - 2 hours]
Private one-to-one sessions are ideal for focusing on your specific needs and goals, helping you get the most out of the experience. Everyone is different, and everyone’s breathing is unique. The ultimate destination may be shared, but the route to it can vary greatly.
My recommended standard package for one-on-one clients is three sessions. That way you’ll have time to get the full experience of what better breathing can do for you, practice in between the sessions, and get answers to all your questions.
In our first session we’ll get to know each other and explore a range of exercises to see what works best for you. In subsequent sessions we’ll go deeper into the most effective and powerful exercises for you.
Pairs [1.5 - 2 hours]
Whether the two of you are a couple, family members, or friends, a pair session offers a shared yet focused experience. It’s a great way to explore a tailored breathwork together while still addressing individual needs. Sharing the experience can make it especially powerful and meaningful.
Family Groups [2.5 hours]
Group sessions with family members are not only calming and beneficial – they’re also fun! No matter how well you know each other, you’ll experience a new way of being together. In my experience, even the most sceptical participant often ends up engaged and enjoying the process.
Friend Groups [2.5 hours]
A breathwork session in a group of friends can be a fun and bonding experience, while also offering individual benefits. It creates space for relaxation, reflection, and shared connection.
