Joining forces to support your client

Many of my clients are also getting support from health professionals, therapists, or coaches in other disciplines.


The relief breath coaching can offer – both physically and mentally – often complements and enhances the work being done in these other therapeutic or clinical settings.

Collaborations and partnerships

Where appropriate, I will collaborate directly with other practitioners to ensure that my breath coaching complements and enhances their therapeutic or clinical approach.

RATES AND PACKAGES

Hourly rate of €115 (ex VAT) for one-on-one sessions and consultations.

 

Rates vary for groups and workshops, depending on group size and specific requirements.

Example package

A standard one-on-one package comprising intake, 2x 2-hour in-person sessions, at-home exercise programme, online support and wrap-up session costs €747.50 (ex. VAT)

Areas for partnership include:

 

Psychological counselling – increased breath awareness, regulation and embodiment consistently relieve anxiety, emotional over-reactivity and mood disorders.

 

Medical treatment – breathing exercises can complement care for respiratory conditions (such as asthma and sleep apnoea), support post-illness rehabilitation, help manage high blood pressure, and more.

 

Physiotherapy and personal physical training – improved breathing efficiency enhances physical performance, increases enjoyment of movement, and supports recovery from certain types of surgery.

 

Speech, singing, and performance coaching –  effective breathing techniques improve breath control, reduce performance anxiety, and support individuals with mild stuttering.

Session types

1-on-1 [1-2 hours]

The best way to tackle specific health issues. Besides in-session exercises, tailored breath coaching includes sensitive attention for the client’s needs, and offering useful background information, diagnostics and home exercises.

 

Groups: teams and peers [2-3 hours]

On-site or off-site. Practical, energising and engaging breath workshops for groups that want to get the best out of themselves – personally and together.

 

Workshops [4 hours, including break]

Engaging and no-pressure way of exploring the potential of healthy breathing in a relaxed environment  – mixing interactive and individual activities, exercises  and know-how.

Online [1-2 hours]

Practice-based and/or informative sessions for individuals, pairs and groups.
